What Causes Severe Testicle Pain During Bowel Movements?
Im 21, and sometimes when i go poop my testicles feel like they have been hit with a slege hammer. This doesnt seem to be related to constipation because it usually happens when im regular and have to trouble going. and recently ive felt it just walking around and not having to poop.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that if you have a testicle pain at the time of defecation then this could be due to exerting the force during passing the stool, if you experience the pain without the defecation then this could be orchitis and this need to be ruled out, take care and have a nice day.
