hello sir my brother is taking spasmo proxyvon since last five years now he is take 20 caps a day... he is have problem of blood wamiting and his hand and leg is also sheking like anything . he is not eating properly and his weight is also reduce a lot... please advice me what to do now and where to go ??in mumbai which hospital is good for this treatment

Noted the history about your brother and understood your concerns.
Spasmo Proxyvon is a very well known addicting medicine hence is has been banned and should not be given to the patient as taking 20 capsules a day can be detrimental for the kidneys, liver, brain and other parts of the body.
The symptoms of shakiness of hands and legs, not eating properly, weight loss can be due to the excessive dosages or even withdrawal.
Hence I would advise you to take him to the nearby hospital in Mumbai and get admitted for clinical evaluation, investigations of blood, brain, Neurologist's and Psychiatrist's opinion for further diagnosis and proper management.
He may also need an opinion and management of other Specialists as per the further clinical evaluation and reports of investigations.
