What Causes Sharp Chest Pain, Vomiting In A 11 Year Old Child?

My 11 Year old stepson started complaining of sharp chest pain last night and increased in intensity with each deep breath he took, he also vomited from the intense pain. Today he is complaining of pains and says it feels like someone is punching him and he has a headache? any suggestions?
