What Causes Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain While Urinating?

So I had to pee before I went out thinking oh I ll pee when I get there I was preoccupied and forgot to I got back home and was busy doing yard work when I got back in the house my body stopped sending the pee signal so I had forgotten until a comedy show later when I touched my abdomen and then remembered and went to pee after peeing this sharp pain in my lower abdomen towards my right side occurred. Doesn t hurt when I pee but hurts when I move sometimes.

Hi and welcome to HCM.
it sounds like urinary infection which is very common in women and usually caused by bacteria. These include symptoms: blood in urine and burning pain , but can be seen in kidney stones and some other rare disorders. You should visit your GP and do urine analysis and urinoculture. He will probably give you an antibiotic and it should be healed after 10 days. So there is nothing to be worried about. Wish you good health.
