What Causes Sharp Pain At Back,headache And Tingling Of Face?

I keep getting a really sharp pain in the lower right of my back which becomes so bad I start to shake and feel sick. The shaking then developes into shivering as my body temperature seems to drop and the skin under my left hands fingernails turns blue. I then get headache and the left side of my face tingles and hurts. eventually i am sick, which stops the shaking and the headache and allows me to slowly recover and get back to normal... do you know what could be causing this? I recently went to my Doctor and told him about this, but he said it was 'just my age' as I am 16 and my 'body is still changing and developing'. It's happened 6 times now and I'm a little worried that it isnt just my age causing it. thanks.
