I have noted your symptoms and I appreciate the detailed description of symptoms provided by you.
Based on that, the cause of seizures could be a structural lesion of brain. The location of lesion could be occipital region (located in the back of brain), in view of visual symptoms before the seizures.
The lesion could be a
granuloma (infection),
tumor or
vascular malformation.
The diagnosis can be made by doing brain scans such as
MRI or
CT scan.
