What Causes Sharp Pain At The Side Of The Head And Seizures?

I ve had a headache for 3 years now and there s a sharp pain in the back right side of my head.Sometimes I see purple and silver dots in my vision shortly after my ears start to burn and,my body locks up and,I have a seizure.... My question is what could,be causing this???

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and I appreciate the detailed description of symptoms provided by you.

Based on that, the cause of seizures could be a structural lesion of brain. The location of lesion could be occipital region (located in the back of brain), in view of visual symptoms before the seizures.

The lesion could be a granuloma (infection), tumor or vascular malformation.

The diagnosis can be made by doing brain scans such as MRI or CT scan.
