What Causes Sharp Pain Below My Left Shoulder Blade?

i am 35 years old 53kgs and 155cm tall.i am 34 weeks along with my first pregnancy. for the past four days i am having a sharp pain below my left shoulder blade. it becomes worse when i cough or take a deep breath or when i lie down. it started when i tried to sleep on my left side.

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a musculo-skeletal pain (or local inflammation). For this reason, there is no reason to panic. I would just recommend using some local warm packs. I am sure that your situation is going to improve spontaneously.
