hi doctor I'm a 28 years old women,5' 3",160, have two kids ( 4 & 2 yrs) and since 1pm today I'm been experiencing a sharp pain in my belly button that comes and goes,but when i pee it get worst, everytime that I pee the pain gets really sharp and it goes from my belly button to my vagina I feel like something it's pulling my bellly button from inside and I don't reallly have other symptom only extreme tiredness for the last two days, but I thought it was as a result of my lack of sleep, please let me know if you have any idea of what's going on with me .thank you
