What Causes Sharp Pain In Knee When Bending?

I was bending down to get something on my knees in a squating type position and felt very sharp pain in my left knee

I feel the pain when I try to lift my leg and bend knee. No problem standing or straightening.Not sure what it might be or if something serious.-?

hi
it seems nothing much to worry about.But do ice fomentation,take tab.ibuprofen,tab.trypsin/chymotrypsin for 5-7 days.Avoid sitting on floor,do gentle knee bending and straightening while sitting on chair.
