What Causes Sharp Pain In The Abdomen With Tender Breasts And Diagnosed With PCOs?
I woke up with a headache yesterday and vomited yesterday afternoon. Tonight I had a sharp pain in the lower Rhs of my abdomen and have tender nipples. I was diagnosed with pcos. I took a home pregnancy test 3 days ago and it said negative. I'm 26 years old.
Your menstrual history has not been mentioned. Your last menstrual period can give additional information. The pain may be due to irregular cycles. Hormonal pills have to be taken in order to correct hormonal imbalance. Abdominal ultrasound may be required in order to rule out causes of abdominal pain other than hormonal cause. Pregnancy tests are reliable when taken 10 days after missed period. Kindly recheck if applicable.
