What Causes Sharp Pain In The Back And Abdomen?

This is for my husband, he has been having pain in his back and abdomen. We went to our doctor about 2 weeks ago, they thought he pulled a muscle, and was having muscle spasms. The pain has moved to the front and is more like a stabbing sharp pain.

It can be spike related problems like disc prolapse or nerve impingement.

You can consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan done.

As of now, you can consider analgesics like Gabapentin for pain relief.
