I think I may have caught an sti I have unbelievable sharp pains frequently on the head of my ️or is I have scabs which are yellow and a few black 1s they are solid and dry and I am itchy all the time what would you suggest to slow this down as its went from 2 scabs to 6-7 in 3 days I work away and a really need to see a clinic asap the pains are horrible
