What Causes Sharp Pain In The Navel?

I am experiencing sharp pain just to the right of my belly button. This has been going on for about a month. We have ruled out ovarian cysts. I am now experiencing low fever, cold sweats and fatigue. I have an appointment in a two weeks with my physician but so perplexed by what this could be.
