sharp pain in the right temple after cardio workout It is a matter of concern .
Dear for your info , starting any vigrous work out after a long gap can be hazardous and can cause various symptoms . 
The combination of elevated blood pressure, 
heart rate, thickened blood and constricted arteries can result in a devastating surge of blood attempting to enter the brain, forcibly expanding the

 To avoid exertion

 Once an exertion headache occurs, STOP. Do not attempt to push through the rest of the training session, it will only worsen the headache and the duration of symptoms .
 Start  from Pranayam - Deep Breathing  ,  Anulom Vilom ,Bharamri , Kapalbhaati , Pranayam help to have control on your breath and strengthen heart and can gradualy increase to stronger work outs .
 Rather than ignoring this symptom and powering through the pain, consult your doctor to rule out serious causes.
