What Causes Sharp Pain In Vagina Post Appendicitis Surgery?

I had my appendix removed 20 days ago It was ruptured It had a mass After open surgery I was in excruciating pain from my obliques to my vagina Blood tests revealed infection markers over 300 I was given IV antibiotics and 10 days in hospital I still have cramping obliques I still have sharp pain in my vagina My stomach is bloated to twice the size, it used to be flat and toned as I trained on the gym everyday When will the pain stop? When will the bloating reduce? I have been mobile and walking but my GP will not let me return to work for another week
