What Causes Sharp Pain On Palms?

I just started to experience a sharp pain in my right palm, and the pain is carrying up my right arm. When I look at my inner palm I am starting to see bruising. The pain feels like a cramp, and my muscles feel really tight. I type for 8 hours a day for my job. Should I be concerned?

Hello..
What is your age..? Do you have any pain in neck..?
It could be due to cervical spondylosis..
Get an xray of neck..
Take pain killers and do neck physiotherapy wear a cervical collar..that should reduce the symptoms..
Get yourself examined before taking above said medication..
