Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to the poor posture.
Sitting in an awkward position for a long period of time, such as at work or while driving, can put too much pressure on your coccyx.
This causes pain and discomfort that will get worse the longer you stay in this position.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest to avoid sitting posture for too long.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
