What Causes Sharp Pain On The Lower Side Of The Stomach And Awful Smell Urine?
Hi Doctor, i have sever, sharp pain on the lower side of the stomach (on the left) and my urine smells aweful, plus i have a constant dizzyness. What it be? When i sleep, i feel life the this pain (if feels like a round ball) moves as well, painfully. So now i just sleep with my left side to keep it in one position.

Probably urinary tract infection with kidney stone.
Pls. Check urine routine and culture,blood sugar,xray kub and sonography whole abdomen
