What Causes Sharp Pain Radiated Across Front Rib Cages?

Woke this morning with what seemed almost like painful lungs, but then the sharp pain radiated across under my front rib cages. It kept getting stronger, was not relieved by sitting or standing. I tried to pace. Felt faint so I sat back down. My breathing was difficult. I broke into a cold sweat or heavy perspiration. Felt a little nausea. After an hour it started to subside. I went to the recliner and covered up. I was freezing. Still dont feel 100%. Steady slight pain in my back, behind left ribs. Tolerable. I have eaten today without problems. I eat pretty health and excercise daily. Did I have a heart attack? Gallstones? Kidney stones?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Gall stones are on the right – pain in upper abdomen, and below rib cage on right
Kidney is lower down – pain in flanks, radiates down

Heart is the most likely problem here / and must be treated or excluded before anything…
You should go to ER – get ECG & enzymes done
Earlier the better / time is precious…

Take care
God bless
