What Causes Shin Pain In Children?

MY SON IS 11 YEARS OLDS HE IS CRYING AT NITE WITH SHINE PAIN SAYING IT FEEL LIKE IT GONNA SNAP INTO. THERE IS NO BREAK OR SHIN SPLINTS OR FRACTORS, WE TESTED FOR BLOOD CLOTS THAT WAS NEGETIVE. THE ONLY THING IS THAT SCARES ME IS NO BLOOD HAS BEEN RUNN COULD THIS LEAD TO CANCER
