What Causes Shin To Hurt And Tingle After Taking An Insulin Injection?

Hi I am a diabetic and I took insulin on the left side of my leg on the top of my thigh and now my left shin seems to hurt and tingle I do have scar tissue there and I injected into it not thinking about it do you think I could have done something bad?

Hello,
Pain and tingle in shin has no connection with injection of insulin in thigh.
Although injection should not have been given in scar tissue but if it has been given there,nothing bad would happen..It may simply result in slow absorption of the insulin fom the scar tissue into blood.
