What Causes Shivering While Kneeling Down?

I am 18, female, with full body hyper-mobility/laxity. I have started to notice that if I kneel down, my knees, and sometimes upper legs start to quiver and then shake, and I have to stand up or sit down, it s not always painful, but it can be quite uncomfortable. What could it be?

Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You have hyper-mobility/laxity of joints. Your complain of quivering or shaking of upper legs at times is due to muscle fatigue (as muscles must work harder to compensate for weakness in the ligaments that support the joints).
Regular exercise and physical therapy can reduce these symptoms because strong muscles increase joint stability.
