What Causes Shocking Sensation In Stomach Area While Having Fibromyalgia?

I just experienced an extreme shock feeling thru my stomach area. It was like it started in the center and surged out into a circle. It took my breath away and now my sides are sore because it was so strong an hurt so bad. I take an antidepressant and I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Could this be a symptom of that? I have never had anything like this happen to me before.

This is not a typical symptom of fibromyalgia. It could be related to cramps or intestinal colick. It is not related to the antidepressant medication,You should visit your primary care doctor for a complete evaluation.
