What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...

I am 60 years old, I do have high blood pressure but it is under control for over 5 years. I ride a road bike about 40-50 miles a week, however, when I am off the bike and do a different type of exercise like walking or playing tennis, I have a shortness of breath, and i get light headed when I pick up a tennis ball, or even if i walk up a stair too quikly. What causes this and how can i correct this? maybe more exercise off the bike using all of my body to exercise?

Thanks for your advice.
