What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Weakness In Left Arm?

Hello I'm male 35 years old 172lbs and tonight I've had shortness of breath and weakness in my left arm. I noticed a shortness of breath once in a while but tonight is different it just won't let up. Back in 2008 I went to see a doctor with a problem with my left arm and face being numb turn out to be nothing after three weeks of tests... SItting here wondering if I should go to the hospital tonight?

You should definately go to the hospital and get done ECG 1st than chest x ray. See left sided arm problem with breathlessness point towards cardiac problem. So better to get done 2 D ECHO also. At young age chances of valvular heart disease are more than ischaemic heart disease.
