For the past month or so I ve been feeling really exhausted, irritable, dizzy and experiencing shortness of breath. I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia 7 years ago, and began experiencing a lot of digestive issues around that same time. I was diagnosed with GERD and IBS a couple months after the hernia diagnosis. I started taking 20mg Prozac and 40mg Celexa two years ago for depression and 50mg Vyvanse one year ago for ADHD. In the course of a year I ve lost about 35 pounds, down from 215 to 185 (5 6 , male, 28 years old). I have seen a significant decrease in my appetite since starting the Vyvanse, but I have felt great up until about 1-2 months ago. I feel sick after I eat, short of breath and I m so exhausted by 4:00 in the afternoon all I want to do is crash out. Any idea why could be going on with me?
