What Causes Shortness Of Breath With Burning Chest?

Hi I am 28 yo female and the other day I woke up from a nap laying on my back sat up quickly and had sever shortness of breath and burning sensation in my chest also felt nauseous for a few sec.. then it went away after a few min... should i be worried?

I need to ask 1 more thing..do u ve burning epigastric pain during that period..if yes den it might b fues to gastritis take antacids n avoid heavy dinner at night.avoid spicy food.
