hi iam 49 year old female i have left shoulder pain that goes down my arm plus back shoulder pain left side my breast are sore an hot no having left neck pain an lower left ribcage pain can you please tell me what you think all my test come back ok

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also suggest Voltaren gel for local application.
