What Causes Shoulder Pain While Folding The Hand?

this side, I have a gaanth in my upper arm....whenever i fold my hand, it causes some kind of muscle pain on shoulder and also some stretch in fingers, in cold weather it causes starnge (like muscle but quite irritating )pain in whole hand...in general there is no continous pain...whenver i press/touch gaanth, there is no pain as such..please suggest what to do...
