What Causes Side Cramps And Frequent Urination?

I am a 22 year old woman and for the past week I have been experiencing side cramps and a few days ago my body decided to add on white vaginal discharge and frequent urination. I was just wondering what could possibly be causing this. I am not sick or anything no congestion or cold.

Hello,

* Side cramps with frequent urination and white vaginal discharge indicate vaginal infection with possible pelvic inflammation in the adnexal region.
* I would recommend you following tips for the best recovery

- drink plenty of liquids
- cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of water
- antispasmodic medicine as dicyclomine or else
- get a urine culture report done with your primary care provider for antibiotic assistance
- avoid sex if active
- genital hygiene care
- control of blood sugar.
