Oxidil (ceftriaxone) or Azomax(azithromycin) can cause skin rashes. However discontinuation of the drug causing such rash or discoloration usually resolves the skin lesions. Acefyl cough syrup contains antihistamine diphenhydramine which to some extent may help in resolving any drug induced skin reaction.
