What Causes Skin To Be Sealing Around Penis In Kid?
our son is 2 1/2 years old and we ve had problems with the skin sealing around his penis since his circumcision. Our pediatrician has pulled it back several times and it is starting to seal again. We ve called her and she asked us to put cortizone cream on and let her know how it looks next week. Any other suggestions? Should we try to pull it back?

The condition is called phimosis. If he doesn't have any difficulty in passing urine don't try to pull it forcibly. Forcible pulling back may lead to blood supply obstruction if it is not coming out again.
so follow the advice of doctor, apply cream , it will break adhesion and then retraction will be possible mostly.
