What Causes Sleeplessness And Eye Twitching Post A Head Injury?

I had a head injury a few days ago (was slammed in the top of my head with a trunk) I didn t go to get a cat scan because I was conscious and not committing. Since then though, I haven t been able to sleep and my right is is consistently twitching. Are the two things maybe related? What should I do? Thanks.

The eye twitching is not associated with headache. Twitching in eyes may be stress and sleep deprivation related. You should take adequate rest. Clonazepam can be taken along with calcium supplements for relief. Visit to a doctor for prescription.
