General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

The sleeplessness and lower leg pain while on multiple drugs with history of 5 back surgeries indicate possible issue with:
@ Chronic nerve compression
@ Ligament spasm
@ Comorbid anxiety and depression
@ Deficiency of neuro-protective minerals and vitamins as B 12, zinc
And others

However, it would be fine to look into the scan plates of your recent MRI spine if available with you for my reference.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
