What Causes Sleeplessness In A 5 Year Old?

Hi a child of 5 years old does not sleep if I leave him watching t.v or sitting playing with his toys he will be up he does not get tired or fall asleep even when I put him in bed at 8p.m he stays up to 11p.m awake by himself in a dark room with little light
