my uncle his age is 67 suffering from parkinson's disease. he take syndopa diaily 3 dosage after meals from past 1 year. now doctor added pramitrem 0.5mg. from past 3 days only we are taking syndopa before meals. Now he is feeling sleepy and he started talking something. can u suggest me the sudden change
