What Causes Slight Dizziness After Ingestion?
Possible causes of feeling slightly dizzy approx. 30 min. after eating(this mornings brkfast was 3egg Japanese style veg.omelet w/ 2 slices Amer cheese and eng muf with marg. this seems to only happen with brkfast. I have been up since 5..did not eat brk. until 8 but had 6 cups of coffee w/ coffee mate and sugar. Some days I only use creamer because I am trying to slowly cut way.....back on sugar consumption.

changes affecting sugar level or caffeine content of coffee giving central
nervous system effect.
