What Causes Slight Pink Tinge In Urination?

I had unprotected sex with my ex on 2/4/12....i noticed the next day I had a slight pink tinge when I urinated and wiped...no discharge smell or anything..got a call 2/7/12 he has a tingle when he used it today!Could I have an std or be very conerned go to emergency room asap or schedual appt wit urgent care next 24~48hrs?

Hi.
Unprotected rough sex may lead to trauma, which may cause pinkish or mild red coloured urination.
Unless u have vaginal discharge, foul smell, frequent urge to urinate, any itch in vagina or pain in lower abdomen... I don't think u have std or uti.
Besides ur partner suffers tingling 3 months after sexual contact with u...This is very unlikely related to sexually transmitted disease.
Hence not to worry as long as u don't have above mentioned symptoms. U may get urine routine done to rule out urinary infection...Pus cells <5/HPF rule out UTI.
