Hello
Bleeding during defecation at your age is a matter of concern, It might be related to any of these conditions
hemorrhoids
fissure or fistula in Ano
gastrointestinal bleeding
Cancer like carcinoma colon
Bleeding disorder
liver disease

In my opinion you should see a general surgeon or gastroenterologist for physical examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, liver function, coagulation profile and colonoscopy if need be

Meanwhile avoid straining at stool and avoid constipation by taking laxative or stool softener
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables or dietary fibers.
You should see your doctor immediately because loss of more blood at your age can lead to more serious complications and you may require iron or blood infusion.

Hope this answers your question
wishing you good health.
