What Causes Slight Tingling In Urethra And Urge To Urinate Frequently?

I am experiencing a slight tingling in my urethra. I am a 31 year-old male. No pain, discharge, foul-smelling urine, swelling, fever, nausea or any other symptoms. The frequency of my urination has increased, but that may likely be due to the increased volumes of water that I am drinking. I have had kidney stones in the past and thought that the sensation may have been the precursor to another, but none have passed.

Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
The urge to urinate frequently and the slight tingling that you feel in your urethra may be caused even by a UTI (Urinary tract infection)
Sometimes,even when a small stone pass your urethra,it might give you that feeling,and increase the frequency of urinating.
So i would suggest an ultrasound of your UT and an urine test.
