General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Slow urination can be related to many medical conditions such as a urine test or a kidney stone. I suggest to do a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. If the UTI is confirmed, antibiotics may be needed.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
