What Causes Small, Itchy Bumps On Top Of Butt Crack And Itchy Anus?

Hello! I keep getting these small itchy bumps on my lower back at the top of my butt crack and sometimes my anus gets itchy. It started for the first time last year. My doc just said to buy some hemorrhoid wipes but that only helps temporarily. Any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern, if the condition being suggested hemorrhoids with clinical examination then it needs to be taken proper care most of the time surgery is the best option for to cure the hemorrhoid but it can be managed with conservative line of treatment like Procresuline ointment, sitz bath, stool softener hope this information helps.
