What Causes Small Lump On Elbow With Crack Sound In Bone?

I have previously fractured my elbow and it s been nearly a year since the injury and I have a small squishy lump on my elbow, the bones also makes a large crack when I leave it in one position for a short amount of time, should I be worried about this or is it normal?

These are sign of bone rubbing together,was your fracture intraarticular that is a joint injury?
