Hello and welcome to HCM forum .

You seem to be suffering from enlarged superficial inguinal lymph nodes .

Lymph nodes act as filters or traps for foreign particles and are important for the proper functioning of the immune system. They enlarge whenever there is an infection or inflammation from the area they drain .

They are indicators of something wrong in the area of drainage (afferrents ).

In the inguinal (the thigh joint ) region ,superficial lymph nodes can be enlarged due to infection in the
anus , buttocks, perineum, lower abdomen below umbi tolicus or the inner thigh area .

You have to look out for any vaginal discharge or any rash in the thighs or buttocks .

You also need to watch out for any increase in size or any change in the feel of the nodes .In case of any of the above it would be advisable for you to see a doctor to find out the source of the infection and start treatment accordingly .

Hope this helps to solve your query .
