What Causes Small Pimples In The Urethra?

Hello doctor.. Near 4 months i getting problem in urine part. Not inside in outer palce like a pimpel small small dots cmg.. And last week Its came big in my right side of that outer palce. Wats the problem.. Y its cmg like this.. Before two months went to hospital and took al the tests, and they told my body is too heat and take juices and water more. Then it was fine and again it cmg from last two weaks.. Wats the problem this how to cure this...
