What Causes Small Swelling On The Base Of The Neck?

Hi Doctor! before i start, please apologize for my language, i m hungarian. Some days ago (5) i have discovered some very small swelling on the root of my neck. It s not hard, it can t be seen, only if i call somebody to see what i have here. it stills directly over my collar-bone. I don t have any registered sickness. In the first day when i have felt this thing for the first time, my girlfriend has jumped to my neck, and she hanged on my neck and i carried her. It can be happens about this? because its not hurts, so, i m afraid, its can be lymph, thyroid, or other dangerous thing? i am 27 years old guy, and i dont have no other symptoms... Please help me! A small selling in the neck can be related to a small neck node swelling that can happen due to an infection in the local area. It can be a soft tissue swelling also.
