What Causes Small Tooth Like Fleshy Growth Below Uvula In A Child?

Hi, My 3 and half year old boy seems to have a small tooth like fleshy growth just below the uvula. He s otherwise generally healthy and active. He s having a slightly hoarse voice today.What could it possibly be? -thanks for your time anxious parents

it could possbily be inflammation of the pharynx which has caused the patch over uvula. Warm saline gargling will definitely help.
