What Causes Smelly Bowel Movements With Abdominal Pain?

I don t know if this site is real or not. But this morning like at 5am till 1.47pm. My stool has been constantly watery and foul smelling. My belly or abdomen hurts. I m 18 years old female and 260 pounds. I need a bit of help. Last night I ate shrimp that you get from wall mart frozen then thaw. I just don t know what s wrong with me.

From the sound of it you have food poisoning because of something you ate.

Most important step right now is to keep yourself hydrated. Please take frequent sips of an oral rehydrating solution or lemonade.

If your stools don't return to normal form soon and the pain in abdomen does not reduce, I would suspect a bacterial or amoebic infection which requires a course of antibiotics such as a combination of Ciprofloxacin + Tinidazole.
