What Causes Smelly Cream Discharge And Itching/burning Sensation After Urinating?

Hi I am 20. A day after my period finished I started to get sore down below, itching and burning sensation all the time but more after I go toilet and noticed that its creamy yellow colour and smells a bit. This never happened to me before and I do use tampons and been using them ever since I started getting my period. Can you help me please, I am very worried.

These are the symptoms of urinary tract infection, so its better you do a urine examination for proteins, deposits and microscopy, if proven to have urinary infection should consult a doctor to take antibiotics according to the sensitivity. for time being take plenty of fluids which may reduce your symptoms.
