What Causes Smelly Urine And Red Marks On Lower Stomach?

I am starting to worry slightly as i have been occasionally having very smelly urine when i wake up in a morning. i have also noticed two red marks almost like birthmarks but they have only just appeared.on my lower stomach. i am sleeping about 11 hours a night... please can you help
